**Update**
Cousins in Iowa City are safe. Ashley, Tim and Isa Duenas are also safe from the floods. Phew!
My cousins in Wisconsin are watching their lake creep towards their home. Theirs is the last dock in the lake as all others have been destroyed by the flooding.
My cousins in Iowa City have not been heard from in over a week. We're unsure if they are okay.
Eeek!
Hopefully they all make it out dry and safe.
The odd thing to me is that they are all afraid of CA weather, or really the earthquakes. Earthquakes are WAY less scary than tornadoes and the giant storms.
