Easter Prep

This year's Easter prep included:
  • Salvador (gardener) and his team - they're like family at this point
  • Mom
  • Dad
  • Blake
  • Natalie (Blake's GF)
  • Emily (Cousin)
Here's the basic timeline from my perspective
  • 6:30 - Soaking legs in the pool (it was 38 degrees out)
  • 7:00 - Salvador and team arrive - Dad drops me off at Natomas Fish Hatchery for my group run
  • 10:00 - Call Dad to pick me up
  • 10:30 - Pick Mom up from Whole Foods on the way home, arrive home to find Blake and Natalie picking up rental furniture and place settings, Emily awake.
  • 11:00 - I take a nap after soaking the legs again
  • 12:30 ish - Wake up from nap and order In N' Out (Natalie's #1 request for the weekend was In n' Out)
  • The rest of the day... everyone else worked damn hard while I was spent from my running.   Emily and Mom did a lot of cooking - Blake set up the tables and John arrived in time to help.  Dad cleaned and did chores everywhere.  Ummmm that's the bulk of the day.
That evening we had pasta with pesto sauce.  All foods I'm allergic to but I just needed the pasta.
