The last days of my 20s

Sunday - 10/4/09 - 5 days to go

• Had my first ever garage sale today. It was nice getting money for the crap I didn't want anymore. It was super weird that people wanted some of my old stuff like my old sheets?! gross!!!!

Monday - 10/5/09 - 4 days to go

• Mom's birthday was today. Happy Birthday Mom!!
• Made myself dinner tonight that was semi-tasteful. Maybe this means I'm going to cook for myself in my 30s.

Tuesday - 10/6/09 - 3 days to go

• The zit that appeared Sunday (cyst under the skin) got injected at the dermatologist today. I'm convinced this must be the last zit ever because 30 means I'm a woman right? No more young lady or young adult. I am woman hear me roar. I am a lady. I don't want to be a woman.

Wednesday - 10/7/09 - 2 days to go

• When discussing a birthday mishap from our childhood I said to my brother that it happened when I was 8 which was 12 years ago. I then realized that it was 22 years ago.

Thursday - 10/8/09 - 1 day to go

• Had a long presentation/meeting this morning and after I was cranky. Very cranky and whiny. Could be because I'm becoming a woman tomorrow and will no longer ever have the right to be cranky or whiny. Ha! As if that's never going to happen again.
• Went to happy hour with coworkers and instead of going to the turtle races after I'm home, in bed about to fall asleep (10PM).

I'm almost officially old.
