I walked into Starbucks Saturday in my sundress and looked at the winter wonderland cd they were promoted. I picked it up and said to the Starbucks Man - Now this is just ironic. He pointed out that mere blocks from where we were standing people were ice skating outdoors. Ridiculous!!! The midwest is getting snow and we've got August temperatures!
I went to spin class last night and the instructor couldn't figure out why we were all struggling so much. I politely reminded her after class that the air quality is abysmal and that might be contributing. She still didn't get it.
Once again thoughts go out to the brave firefighters. Hopefully the LA/OC crew is doing well and keeping inside as much as possible.

The air IS awful:it's brown everywhere! I just I hope it's put out soon!
ReplyDeleteYou're so good to exercise, I used the air quality as an excuse not to, of course I can find any excuse not to (i.e. air quality, the moon is in the seventh house, etc.)

no she still didn't get it. she thought we were all super hung over. i was pretty angry with her through class as she was yelling at us.
